Breath

I stop and breathe
Slowly in, sighing out
Every breath essential for life
From the moment of my birth
Breathe in
To my dying day
Breathe out
From the dawn of creation
Breathe in
Until the end of time
Breath out
I praise You Lord for the breath of life you gave me
Let me give thanks with every breath I take
