Galatians 5: 22 – 23
“But the Fruit of the Spirit is Love, Joy, Peace, Longsuffering, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness, Self-Control, against such there is no law.”

As we all know when Fruit is freshly pick from the tree it is Yummy. We all have our favorite Fruit and many of us have different fruits that we love to eat. I just ate an Orange with my wife Barbara and was hoping she would donate me her half, but is was too sweet and tasty and she ate it and it brought some wonderful smiles so I am glad she ate it.

Would you like to bring some smiles to your Precious Lord and Savior? The best way to do that would be to live out the “Fruit of the Spirit” in your life so that it will impact the lives of others.

It of course begins with LOVE and I am sure you display this to your Loved ones and those around you on a daily basis.

When faithfully lived out it will bring JOY to your heart and JOY to the lives of others and this is a very sweet Fruit to have in your life.

Having the LOVE of God in your life will also bring great PEACE that often passes all understanding even in difficult days such as the days of Lockdown we are all going through.

Applying His Love and feasting on this Fruit will also take us through these times of *LONGSUFFERING*. Not being able to see Family and Friends and or being able to Worship together in Church is hard but take this time to feast on His Word and spend time in prayer for Family and Friends in need.

There could not be a better time to practice *KINDNESS and GOODNESS* to those whom God sends your way in these times.

*FAITHFULLNESS* is a key FRUIT to have especially in the World we live in and reading all that is taking place that is against what Gods Word proclaims. When we practice and apply this it will bring out the Fruits of *GENTLENESS* and *SELF-CONTROL* in our lives that the World around us needs to see.

When we practice and apply the Fruit of the Spirit in each of our lives the Lord can remove any inner conflict that maybe going on. When we do not eat of the Fruit and apply it to our lives we will be tempted to follow our old natures and we end up playing into the hands of the enemy.

The Apostle Paul must have been in the midst of such a personal civil war when he cried, “O wretched man that I am! Who shall deliver me from the body of death?” Then he answered his own question when he said, “I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord” Romans 8: 24 – 25.

The Apostle Paul went on to display the *FRUIT OF THE SPIRIT* throughout the rest of His life.

Check out the parts of the Fruit of Gods Spirit in your life where you are strong and be thankful to God for them. But also check those areas where you seem to struggle and we all have them. Work on these parts of the Fruit by studying Gods Word and allowing Gods Holy Spirit to reveal to you what is needed to help you become a *MULTI FRUIT* Man and Women after God’s own Heart.

Time to sing with me:

Spirit of the Living God, Fall afresh on me,
Spirit of the Living God, Fall afresh on me,
Melt me, Mold me, Fill me. Use me,
Spirit of the Living God, Fall afresh on me.

Have a wonderful day, In the Love of the Lord Jesus,

John and Barbara
